I would like to share a lil bit of my experience of relocation from bangalore to ghaziabad with Arya packers, first I must thank Mr Prabhat Choudhary to help me relocate my household and car safely to the destination,
Getting Quote - well this was a lil difficult part to catch hold of them, I called them about 5 time to visit my place and give me the quote, but all the time none of arya’s executive came, kept saying they are held up with work and they will visit, mean time I got quotes from some other companies, but I wasnt kinda satisfied with their behaviour or couldn’t just trust em easily, Finally Mr Prabhat Came By Himself gave me the quote and assured me that I would not have to go thru any hassle if I choose arya packers and movers . I finalized the Deal With Prabhat And Gave Them The Moving Quote .
First Day Packing - As I was Informed by Mr Prabhat That the packing will Go on for 2 days, as they dont want to rush on the packing part . Well this was the first time in my 3 relocations, Earlier none other company spent 2 days on the packing part . First day 4 Labours and 1 of their Supervisor came for the packing, started at 10 in the morning did packing till 6 . By then they had already done most of the packing, only left few need full things that we wanted to be packed next day . I was satisfied with the work but still was a little worried bout the damages .
Second Day Packing & Loading - Next Day same team came to pack and load, the container which came to my place dint have any logo or sign of arya on it, I was a little worried about that as well whether they might change the vehicle, how ever that’s the later part . packing was done satisfactory loading was done infront of me . The Supervisor who came, gave me all the required documents, along with the insurance company . I went to their warehouse following the container to see my car getting loaded into the car container by my self . Mr Prabhat was available by himself at the warehouse, and one of their driver loaded my car infront of me in a hyundai car carrier .
Follow Up - here I ll only give 4 out 10 to arya packers and movers, their follow up actually is real bad, if you call them to ask where the vehicle is they say they will call back and they never do call back . and later when you remind they same answer, "WE WERE BUSY SIR " . Finally I got a call from delhi office on the 6th day stating your goods have reached Gurgaon . It was pretty quick as they told me it will take at least 8 days, well anyhow, I asked the Delhi office people to deliver my goods on the next day but they refused to do so, saying there’s a no entry problem, I have to take goods early in the morning . I had to face a little problems with that, I am not sure if there’s really any no entry problem or they were just making up to get the things delivered in a rush .
Goods Delivered - The Staff members from delhi were efficient as the Bangalore office staff member was, these people quickly unloaded and rearranged the goods . After the re arrangements only one guy remained back and asked me to check all the goods if anything was wrong with them . he waited for about 3 hrs for me to check all my goods .i found everything was ok . He got a paper signed from me "Goods Received In Good Condition " . And Demanded For Money, this was a little surprising as my car hadn’t reached yet . I called Mr prabhat to know about it, he told me to make the payment for household goods only and for the car I could make the payment when I receive my car . So finally I paid them 60000 rs and waited for my car .
Car Delivery - Car Reached in 12 days, My car was also in ok condition, but again the same problem when I asked the Delhi office to deliver my car I was told the same thing which I had to hear from the beginning " SIR WE ARE VERY BUSY TODAY " " We Will deliver your car tomorrow, or u can take it by yourself " Finally My Car got deliverd to me on the next day after repeated calls to Mr Prabhat .
Conclusion - The Staff Members are good, the pay on delivery option is good, the packing is fabulous, but this company doesn’t know about time handling and I dont know how they manage clients if they keep saying " WE ARE SORRY SIR BUT WE ARE BUSY TODAY". I think the company must hire more people or stop taking many orders at the same time .
I Would still recommend Arya Packers & Movers .
Advantages Arya Packers - Very good packing
good behaviour of staff members
goods came without damage
same vehicle came to my palce in which the goods were loaded
car transportation is done in car carriers(i had to face a problem last time when another company drove my car for 1800 kms) .
Drawbacks - Poor Follow Back
