Don't buy prestige induction stove

I brought a Prestige induction stove from a shop on 9 Jan 2010. It stopped working from today’s morning(6 may 2010). I called a prestige TTK office, they want me to bring it to service center with in 15 min(because their technician is busy)I took it on time, and he checked it and he tried to exchange some spares from others stove, But the spare not matched. Then they gave me a customer service slip, which is a business card, they wrote something in backside( I attached those images). I thought prestige is a branded company.


DON’T BUY PRESTIGE INDUCTION STOVE. May any Product of Prestige


Today(13 may 2010) I called him, I enquired about my Prestige induction stove, they need one more seven days because the spares are not available.


Let’s see when they can deliver it…


PRESTIGE HAS VERY WORST SERVICE …


Still they are not delivered my Prestige induction stove, 20 days gone. I spoke to Mr.Iyer(Regional service manager - Ph: 9994907675). And also with Mr.Bala(National service manager - Ph: 9900102298)


Nothing happened. Waste of time.
