A Health club is a place where you can either make a good physic or do something that you will regret for life. Here are some of the tips that you should take into consideration while joining a health club:
1) First and foremost you should have a strong will power and commitment to carry forward whatever you have started because once you have joined anything you must have the guts to complete it otherwise do not do it in the first place. I have done it and believe me it is just a waste of money and time for me because I did not pay attention and give it my best shot. You must always give it your 110% to get the best results and then you will get the results. Always be positive and keep a positive frame of mind.
2) Second lookout for a gym that is a fair distance near from your house, so that you will have not have to crib or complain when you will get up at about 5.00 clock in the morning and you would still have to go about a long way to go the attend the gym. So always look for a gym that is near to your home at least walking distance from your residence.
3). Then go and check the gym itself and see whether it is a good ones in terms of equipment and the most important thing of all the instruction. The instructor a he / she must be well qualified because he will be the person who will guide you through the whole procedure and will be your guide thereafter. If possible ask him if his qualification and whether he has experience in this field or not normally a person might not ask because he or she will be excited to join the club as soon as possible and would forget an important aspect. Also check out what timing the gym offers whether it is separate for boys and girls or all under the roof. Always inspect the equipment that is there in the gym check for any signs of broken parts or parts that will break if stretched too far. Check any electronic items like treadmills or vibrators(not that kind!) and any other electronic machines if in proper condition or not because what this implies is that whether the gym owner is taking proper care of the equipment or not and whether the amount of money your investing is worth or not.
4). When paying the fees always insist on a fee receipt and if the cashier does not give you one do not handover the money unless you get a fee receipt. Because once you have given the money in the person’s hand you may never get to see it come what may so always be careful on that part.
5). The most important part is that make up of your mind that you will be doing some heavy workouts and for the first few days your whole body may ache like you have just returned from a commando training session from the army and you would like to ease out a bit and rest and try to skip few sessions of your gym but you forget that the first few days are those days where your body is adjusting to your new rhythm and it might take a few more days to come to that level and once you adapt yourself to the daily routine and feel comfortable you will then start feeling better and then the real enjoyment starts and you look forward to a new look you if you follow the rules and a daily schedule. So go out there and look for a descent gym and push METAL!
