I am currently working as an Accounts Officer at HLL Life care Trivandrum. Previously I was worked in Kerala Feeds Limited Kallettumkara and Vaidyaratnam Oushadhalayam Pvt Ltd Pollachi and Plasma Medical Specialities Thrissur. I was studied in GLPS Putted, GUPS Nellarachal, GHSS Meppadi, SKMJHSS Kalpetta, WMO Arts & Science College Muttil and CMA Chapter Thrissur. In these educational institutions and workplaces we can get a lot of friends. Personality and character of each friends are different from one another. Out of these friends one of them are entirely different from others. They are described as follows.
Her name is Anisha who was a holder of double PG, who was grown at the heart of Trivandrum City, who was studied in top level English medium schools and famous colleges in Trivandrum, her husband is a middle class NRI, her father has great hold in politics and the our company, her mother is a retired government servant and her sisters are working at high position.A person with all these types of the above features are usually become more arrogant but she has not found any arrogance about anything with her dress code, ornaments, watch, beauty, mobile phone and vehicle. She is always simple in nature and she is behave always like an ordinary person.
I was got the job of HLL through walk in interview and written test. A lot of candidates are attending the walk in selection and the selected candidates are for attending the written test. It is done for various posts. I am attending the walk in interview and written test for one post only because it is done in February 2021 at Trivandrum and it is 500 KM from my house. If I am attending the walk in interview and written test for more than one post I am coming Trivandrum at various days. After the walk in selection and written test I have not any expectation for got this job. At that time I am like to introduce myself to various persons on time pass and the details about anyone is not kept in my mind. On June 2021 I was got an appointment letter from HLL Lifecare Trivandrum.After that I am decided to join it because for getting job at that time is very difficult and it is a period of Covid season. On 30.06.2021 I was joining that company . At that time I have 3 superiors and 8 colleagues are there. At the time of I am like to introduce myself to my superiors and colleagues a lady staff is called my name when I was wondered.Then I am asked to her that how my name was got when she is replied that we are already like to introduce ourself and we are sitting in nearest seats. After that she is said to her details like her name, address, qualification, experience and family details. After that she is said to me ’I like you’. I am thought that this word is said by her in a time pass. A few days I have understand that this word is said by her in a honest and sincere manner. In second day she was asked me how is the food and accommodation facilities of Trivandrum which are satisfied or not? Then I am replied that it is satisfied. After 3 days she is said to me that training period of one apprentice is ended on next week and we are arranging a send off party and all of them take contributions and my contribution is ready to taken by her and it is repaid after your salary is got only. Then I am said that cash is in my hand and there are no contribution taken by you for this purpose for me. After a few days I am reading a poster which is not nearest to the company. Next day she is said to me that she is saw I am reading the poster and what is this? After a few days an unexpected hartal is become in Kerala then she is asked me to that is she bring the food for me? Then I am replied that it is not require because the food is available in our home stay. After a few days I am suffering cold but it is not converted to fever or any diseases. Then she is said to me that are you going to hospital? Then I am replied that I have cold only and not any serious diseases therefore I am not going to hospital. Then she is said that my health condition is not satisfied now and if anyone is for companion she isready to send her husband. After that she is reached her home she is said to her husband. Then her husband said to me that is he coming a companion for going to hospital? Then I am replied that I have not a serious diseases and if it is serious I will called you then he is said that OK. After that I am facing various pressures and challenges relating to the job that some of the tasks are completed within a time limit. Then I am said to my superior that it is impossible to complete within this time limit. Then my superior said that it must be completed within this time limit and you can arrange anyone for help for this . Then she is said to my superior that she is ready for help for me and our superior is allowed this. It was made the work more easy because she is more experienced in this task. After that she is said to her all happiness and worried to me than I am said I have not any solution for this. Then she is said that her main objective is not their solution. I am always ready for listening her words and it is always create a mental satisfaction and reduces her tension and if any word for relief is got from my side it is more helpful for reducing her tension. After that she is seeking my opinion for her various personal purposes. Then I am asked her that why did you seek opinion from my side for this purpose and this is your own personal purpose only and better one is for this purpose is your own opinion only. Then she is said that I am considering you are not only a friend but also her brother because she have not any brothers. She is said to my positive factors and achievements to others and my negative factors and failures are said to me only with their solutions.It is a good sign of a siblingship because a good person is not criticise their siblings in public and celebrate their victories. If anyone is criticised in front of her without the presence for me she is easily respond this problem. After that she is said to me the other employees of this department and other department with their qualities, achievements and limitations. This was helpful for understanding the nature of each employees.
The above mentioned details are said that she is a one of the best friend in I have ever seen like a sibling.
