today I will share with you all an amazingly simple process to keep you hair and skin look healthier and feel good.
follow a few steps for decrease in hair fall, dandruff, and other damages related to your hair:-
1) as much as you can whenever you wash your hair your hair wash it with cold water
2) do not apply harsh chemicals
3)wash your hair only after sebum comes to the surface of your scalp
4)apply oil leave it overnight and wash it in the morning
5)use fenugreek seeds with your oil
6)apply fenugreek(methi) seeds in the paste form in case of more dandruff
7)use conditioner once every week
8)do not tie a very tight pony or braid keep it loose
9)apply yoghurt on your scalp with white of egg for smoother hair
10)dont try to heat it every day for styling purpose
follow a few steps for glowing skin:-
1)drink as much as water minimum 3ltr daily
2)use spf sunscreens before stepping out in the sun
3)clean your skin with pure milk or moisturiser every night to get rid of the dirt
4)always select a trial pack before using any product to check whether it would suit your skin
5)scrub you skin with a good product two times every week to remove dead skins
