Cosmetic can cover almost everything for few hour with a harmfull effect.so instead of harm youself for few fancy passing hours make yourself better from inner health which helps you to hold you beauty for long.bad food habit making causes for gas, acidity .one of the cause of bring dark circules , acne, and hairfall.


Maintaning skin -as we everyday cleans our face through many wellknown brands facewash in the same way have to cleans our system as well with a glass of luke warm water , honey and lemon .somtime we massage our skin for blood circulation also would be better if we do regular yoga and hardwork cause prasperent cool and cleans our body and also take minimum 5li water in a day for downcast acne, pimple I regularly have raw turmeric for purifies blood also prevent from acnes , pimple.Never use harmful chemical products always try to do it in youself like lemon, alovera, charcol, chickpea dust these are the organic cleanser so make a pack with turmeric , chickpea, milk.for make scruber use salt or suger with charcol , alovera. curd is good for skin health so try to have with meal and use it in a pack also.coconut oil, almond oil is very good for moisturise also improve skin texture and glow.


Maintaning hair-hairfall , dandruff , thin hair, baldness nowdays these are the common problems come up by harmfull products , bad food habits, causes health issue and bringer of these trouble for dandruff avoid suger and use raw lemon or citronella oil with lemongrass oil.have amla , egg for both pack and meal full of vitamin c best for hair health.for shiny hair use card , honey.always avoid harmful chemical hair color and use hena with egg and card.for baldness use juice of raw onion.really works.oiling is the most important thing after cleansing so do keep oiling your hair with coconut, almond or amla oil otherwise its kinda common cause for shaggy and clotted hair then spill hair.so be healthy folks.
