Tips to keep the hair healthy

I follow 5 things to keep hair healthy, bright and good.I also advise you to do this


1# Never brush wet hair, use a big pillow brush to remove hairstyles. It is best to use wooden combs once in a week, Deep Conditioning Trees.


2#Do not use hard chemicals in hair care if you want shampoo at least 3 times a week, use natural cleaners, conditioning. Make coconut oil massage


3#Hot oil massage can be done 2-3 times a week. There is no pair of hairstyle for maintaining its moisture. Coconut oil, egg oil can be used. You can also use mustard oil to make the hair thick.


4#Look for beautiful hair eating habits: Green vegetables and fruit juices are very important for hair. Healthy hair, milk and fresh curds can be eaten. Coconuts also help to make hair healthy. You can use coconut, salad, fruit or roasted coconut. Eat less sophisticated, processed and canned food


5#Stress harmful to hair and health. Therefore, you can try different types of techniques such as meditation, music therapy, to be free from the stress.
