I have purchased Micromax A2190 on 19/10/2014 from universal showroom bangalore, and sales guy suggested to purchase insurance also that too from pick me India and he said that If anything happens to you phone no need to worry and You need to call customer care no.09222224040 and request for pick up and guy will come and pick and also they will deliver asap.
28 days back my mobile felt on road while riding bike now I am trying to get my mobile repair but this pickmeindia company is not at all helping me and I called more than 100 times to customer care number 09222224040 but no one is responding and says no guy is available to pick my mobile in Bangalore.
What the worst service is giving to their customers, Please don’t believe this company
