For cars I have seen people spend around 2 Lakh.
Ok here is my advice on car audio,
First Make ur mind to have a nice quality & long lasting system.
Pioneer head set will be amazing compared to Sony. I have a lots of experience and feedbacks from a lots of people.
See for Heads Sets in pioneer like 6850 . This one is i got in my car. This will cost you below
9, 500 K.
Or if u have a budget more than this , just forget pioneer and sony , select ALPINE.
For the speakers I prefer POLKAUDIO https://polkaudio.com , pretty expensive for us . But the quality is too amazing . U may need to drive it with an amplifier if u really need good punch. it does.
I got a pioneer speakers , its a helmet shaped one. I forgot the model number :(. But I will have to replace this sooner after I blow this up :).
for Santro this is more than enough. If u need to buy a good front speakers , go for the Components like the Boston Crossover . Its really amazing for 6, 500 K.
For Amplifiers I have a Pioneer 944 . I dont have so much space in my accent to fit many components for this amplifier. This drives 2 subs in my car , 1 pair of speakers. I got a Sony 222 Amplifier to drive my Cross overs and an external pioneer 12 band equalizers that pumps up my subs for aitional punch.
