I installed a Modular kitchen in my new kitchen, From EVOK, A Hindware Brand, along with all kitchen equipments from EVOK - like: 5 - Burner Hobb, Chimney, Built- in Microwave, Built- in Oven . Hardware from most reputed brands( hettich etc.) at a cost of about 5.00 lakhs( Excluding all civil works) .
Most unsatisfactory performance - Kitchen cabinets, give constant trouble( 8 times in one year of warranty period),
1. doors not closing properly, 2. Waste bin Coming out
- Soft close, hydraulic mechanisms not working properly .4. Handles of Kitchen cabinets coming out due to mismatch of housing and screws .
Equipments: EVOK Hobb: Burners are no good . Support rings are defective . The hardware has lost its finish in no -time, less than 3 months . Spark system is unreliable .
I am regretting the day when I decided to purchase EVOK, Kitchen and Equipments .
After sales, initially responsive, then became from bad to worse . Now no response ., Planning to go to Consumer Court .
