Hello everyone, today I am going to tell you some tips that really going to help you in your daily life. Because I am suffering from hypothyroidism from past 1 year. I diagnosed it when I was suffering from bad digestion as well as constipation. It looks like a small problem but digestion is the main function of our body and bad digestion can lead you to many serious problems. Due to hypothyroidism my metabolism is damaged badly.
So here are some tips to keep your digestion good and to loose your tummy fat.
1) do not drink cold water from fridge. Always drink normal or luke warm water. Because it harms your liver function.
2) dont drink water while eating. Drink 30-40 minutes before or 1 hr after eating.
3) wake up early in the morning and drink 2 glasses of warm water before brushing your teeth. Because your saliva is very important for your gut.
4) drink at least two cups of green tea. 1 cup green tea can burn 60 calories. You can also use black coffee. Black coffee boosts your metabolism. But if you are suffering from thyroid problem do not take coffee.
5) avoid sweets, suger, and high fat content. And also as much as kow salt. Because sodium holds water in your body.
6) make a blend of water+grated ginger+cucumber+ mint and drink at least 2 glasses of this water. It will detox your body.
7) always drink 2-3 liters of water everyday.
8) use low fat milk to drink. And always put little turmeric it will help you to strengthen your bones and keep your body nourished.
9) you can take 50g of yogurt or curd in lunch. It contains prebiotics. Which helps to increase good bacteria in your gut.
10)Distribute your daily eating in small 5-6 meals. So that your metabolism keep working. Giving too much gap can slow down metabolism.
10) eat plenty of fruits and green vegetables.
11) ofcourse exercising helps to boost metabolism and burn more fat. Just running or walking will not work too much. You should have to balance your exercise. Mix running or walking with some weight workouts. You can also do body weight exercise.
