Why Obesity and how to over come it!!

Being Obese is a big problem today with many of the kid and even grown up and thats the reason for many of the health issue like Heart Attack, Sugar, BP(blood Presure) and so on.  In fact I myself am a obese person with over 25kgs more than the normal good required wiehgt which is also known to be as "Body Mass Index"(BMI).

**Why people get obese -**

The main people who live a lazy life with doing almost no work in their daily routine, which is also known to be as Sedentary Life, lead to obesity. So wat happen is the Food u eat does not burn out completely and is stores are Cholesterol Aka Fat into ur body in the form of "Belly Fat".

**Here are some of the food which lead to obesity** -

1) ==Junk food== like All forms of chips like Lays, pizza, burgers and so on.

2) Fast foods.

3) Over Fried food and oily foods.  these foods also leads to cancer.

4) ==Carbohydrate based food==(Carbs) which is the another main reason for Fat.  Rice is the main form.

5) Eating a lot of Red meat like Mutton, Chicken Fat, beef, egg yoke, prawn and so on.

6) Other ==preservative foods Noodles and biscuits==.

7) also cut things like Sugar and salt intake.  Too much sugar causes sugar based problems and too much salt into BP.

**Methods to overcome Obesity** -

1) The first main known method of Obisity is =="Regular Exercise"==.  If not alteast keep urself active every day.  Walk up and down of  1 floor of ur house thrice a day.

Walk for alteast 30 minutes a days or do a brisk 20 min of aerobics exercise everyday every morning.   *Jogging is more effective*.

2) Dont sleep immidiately after Eating.  This is one main problem which many people do.  They eat a lot of biriyani and go to sleep immidiately.  That rice is definietly converted to Bad Fat!

3) ==Avoid bikes as far a possible== - if u have to go to a near by shop which is located about 100 meters away from ur home, dont take the bike, Take a walk.

**Foods or diet to over come obesity** -

Well to beat obesity Diet plays the very important role and then comes the exercice.  75% of diet control, 20% of Fitness and rest to medicinal control will control the obesity to best levels.

1) The basic is ==Take a lot of water==. say about 15 Glasses every day.  But not in excess. excess would lead to liver and kidney problems.

2) Cut carbs and eat a lots Fruits.   ==Water based foods are best== like Apple, Pear fruit, Water melon, Pineapple are the best. take controlled Mango and Grapes.

3) You can=eat a lots of Chicken(skin less) and Fish=. But not Mutton, beef and prawns.

4) ==Egg is best known for burning ur fat==.  So its advisable to eats Eggs almost every day.  You can eat a lots of egg white But avoid the egg Yoke as far a possible.

The best way to take Egg is in boiled nature.  Avoid Omelets.

5) Never ==miss ur break fast==.  Take up Corn flakes or Oats with fruits.  *Skipping Break Fast can also lead to Ulcer*.

6) ==Channa based food are the best== source of proteins.  So u can take them against carbs.

7) ==Millets also fat burners==.  So they are best alternate for rice.

8) Other Best foods are - Raitha which included onion and tomato with curd.  also add up a lots of ==Salad== like Cucumber.

**For best results to fight Obesity** -

Exercise for 30 min a day daily, eat nominal amount of food without carbs, sugar, fat and Junk foods and ==Drink 1 glass of water diluted in 1 tsp of Apple cider vinegar 3 times a day especially before every meal==.  Follow these and I am sure, u will lose about 20kgs in 3 to 4 months for sure.  Never over eat.

U can also ==follow 1200 calorie plan== to over come obesity in just 8 to 12 months. **Overall, ** Obesity is problem only when it left unnoticed.  It can be eliminated if controlled in early stages.   Diet is more important that Exercising.   But both are necessary.
