REAL SCIENCE BEHIND OBESITY

I have no time for exercise


I have no time to sleep properly


Well.im little bit hectic today so I can’t able to diet.


People doesn’t realize in these days that they are keep moving forward on the track which leds to mistracked sometimes


Their engine gonna retard soon by employing these kind of sedentary and junkyard lifestyle.


So one of major output is OBESITY.


obesity is devastating problems epidemically silent killer among all disorders in which the chain of failures depress the human organs steadily and finally leds to death.


WHAT CAUSES OBESITY?


Basically for sedentary lifestyles for we medical professionals, teachers, job holders or sedentic chair glued jobs holders basically loosen up their metabolism which leds to SBI specific body imbalance and basics reason behind SBI ARE:-


CARDIOVASCULAR WEAKNESS


HORMONE IMBALANCE


POOR OXYGEN FLOW TO TISSUES


POOR NUTRITION BALANCING


LOOSEN MUSCLE TONICITY


ELECTROLYTIC IMBALANCE LETS TO WATER WEIGHT OBESITY.etc


These are basic reason why body obtain bad eventhough u eat good.but the good u called it is not that good for ex- in india eating 3 chapati 1 cup rice 1 cup dal 2 cup curry and 1 cup salads not favorable for average 75 kg body at all who have heart beat if 72bpm.so for curing obesity u have to follow rule of INTEGRATION 3 RULE.


Rule no 1- 20-30 min moderate intensity exercise or yoga


Rule no 2- eat 3-5 small meals with in 24 hour


Rule no 3- 5-6 hour sleep without stress


Leds to free from obesity.u don’t need to work hard like hell, no need to eat tasteless foods all these stuffs.


RESTRICTION


Moderate your carbohydrate intake like rice rotis


Balance diet like green vegetables or fruits should be consume daily


Eat balance protein sources like lean fish meat or chicken breast, for vegetarians legumes, sprouts, edible seeds, green peas, peanut butter, fatfree milk or cottage cheese are best source of proteins.


Avoid sugars at all because its depends on your body metabolism how much sugar your body need to utilize.so for sedentary lifestyle carb foods are enough


Avoid refine oil .u can consume pure triple refine oil like saffola or swekar or sundrop .


Avoid excessive salty foods like snacks in packets


Avoid outdoor junks because these are much denser than homemade foods.
