HEY FRIENDS Today I am going to say on a topic which is very common nowadays among youth .
Obesity is getting common amomg teenagers nowadays.This can be due to various reasons like eating unhealthy and junk foods, not exercising, etc.
To avoid this you have to eat a balanced diet with sufficient amount of protein and carbohydrates and less trans fat.
You have to exercise atleast 20 minutes a day.That can be anything like jogging, running or gymming, etc.
Live a healthy life so that you do not have to face problems when you become old.
