Hello guys, my name is sunny and I am telling you about an very important thing which is obesity.
Obesity = This word is usally use for upper than over wieght persons . In our day to life obesity causes many problems , it is because
( 1) Lack of exercise , hormonal imbalance in our body.
( 2) Stress about somthing
( 3) Eating oily food etc.
A normal persons ( bmi) body mass index is between 25 to 29 , which is considerd as over weight . obesity causes heart deaseas like heart attack , cardiac arrest , heart failure etc.
#Remove obesity
( a) Daily do exercise which the body fit and the day will be good.
( B) Eating small meals.
( c) stop eating extra oily food.
( d) Go gym.
( e) Do yogic exercise like asnas, pranayama etc.
And do other various other activities to remove obesity .
