Tips on obesity

The main reason of obesity is ofcourse fats, who does fat comes to your body? The reason is that you intake a lot carbohydrate food in your diet, food like white rice, potatoes, roti, white bread which has high amount of carbohydrates. What exectly happen when you intake carbohydrates? When you intake carbohydrates in stomach its broken down to glucose which supplies energy to work or organ functioning and when the same energy from carbohydrates is not utilised it converts to fats making us obese, do my adivice to youll is decrease you carbs and increase protein intake
