I had an annual contract with M/s SS Care(earlier Godrej Hicare) for there intelli-gel services. A month ago they performed the last service under the contract. The following defficiencies have been observed-
1 While persuing me in to the contract they assured me that the treatment will be effective also against the spiders and ants. It was not so during the entire period of contract.
2. After the last service, although I found few dead cockroaches next day, after just a week they are seen in quite a good numbers.
3. An executive from SS Care contacted me to collect the feed back. After hearing my complaints he assured me that my negative feedback has been recorded(?) and somebody will be sent for rectification. That’somebody’ is not yet arrived.
Be aware if you are planning to go into the contract with these people.
