I approached these guys thinking "godrej" brand, thinking it might have run as professional company but I was completely wrong, I called 7th of April to put request and I was told somebody is going to call me and give me confirmation nobody called me even next day, I called them back 3 times on 9th to get that "confirmation" guy to call me back but it never happened. so asked to escalate and put me their manager, I was told they don’t have access to their manager number.
So looked up online and got hold of their Bombay head office number and spoke "so called Manager named Savitha" she said I will make sure you will get call immediately and that movement never came. Thats when I said if these guys are giving this shi*&^ even to take request and imagine the service and after customer service. So I looked around for local guy and paid 1/2 the price that ISS and got my house fumigated.
So moral of the story, PLEASE stay away from ISS Hicare Formerly known as Goderj Hi care...
