Only after bitter experiences, we learn. My personal experience and what I learnt from it.
Gel used: "Cockroach Gel" made by Bayer is used by PCI, Godrej and some companies. Most other companies use Korean/ Chinese Gel.
This gel is little brown in colour. So if you see any other colour, BEWARE.
More quantity of Gel is used for first service and less or almost nil gel is used in subsequent services. The idea is to invite the problem so that we will renew their services.
Gel is food poison and hence they tell us not to use HIT, which spoils it. Gel gives slow result.
Korean gel is cheap, but also gives result. Most companies use them, I don’t know why?
It seems cockroach gel is very effective than other gels. I found it very effective.
It controls only cockroaches. So for bed bugs & ants you have to spray chemicals.
For complaints, most companies say they will attend to the probelms and they do.
Above all, in the night, cleaning the kitchen and washing all utensils gives good result. So along with one time Gel (instead of one year services), clean kitchen provides you the long term result.
