I stay in Delhi and recently renewed my contract with Godrej Hicare for their cockroach treatment. Last year I was happy with the service and therefore I decided to renew the contract. I should have understood that I was in a rude shock when despite repeated reminders, no one turned up. Infact it took 4-5 calls and 2 months to get someone to come and collect the cheque and renew the treatment. However, since my last experience was good, I still continued to go ahead with them. It is one of the worst decisions that I have made. Their service has become hopeless. It is as though they are not at all interested in giving you any service. Even a complaint registered on their site or through their call center does not get a response from them!
The product is useless too. Unlike last time when the treatment was done in all nooks and corners, this time round they barely covered half the area and informed me that this is all that is covered as part of the treatment and the last guy who came did not the job. It took them not more than 5 minutes to do the job! And was expected, I still have cockroaches and insects roaming about freely in my house.
Please don’t make the mistake of wasting your money on godrej hi-care treatments. Their quality has gone down the drains in the past year and the half and it is no use trying them.
