Don’t buy XOLO phones. The battery explodes after few months and there is no customer support. You can call the 1800 number listed in their website 24/7 no one will take the call. If you are lucky someone will pick up the call and yell at you and cut the line.
When you call service centers you will find they have no accessories or even batteries available. Worst thing is they won’t tell you the batteries are available and will ask you to call after few days. I was chasing them over the phone for the past 6 months, they just ask you to call few days after. I bought Q700 for 10, 000 rupees but the battery exploded after 4 months and for the past 6 months I am chasing the customer support and service centers. Please let me know how to approach consumer court and sue them.
