PUC Mobile Centers-Big Companies Should Learn here

Most of my reviews are complaints against bad services, staff, product etc. All these are generally against big names and brands.

While its easy to remember bad services as we get hurt to some extent, seldom do I go ahead and praise a good and consistent service.

Its been years that I have been driving a 4-wheeler and have to test and renew for the PUC certificate.

Since the last 3 years,  every 6 months, the PUC Mobile Van owner/gentleman calls me a week in advance to inform about the expiring PUC certificate. The tone is extremely polite with no insistence that I have to come to him for the renewal. After confirming that they got the correct person on the call( ie me), the conversation somewhat goes in these lines "Hello Sir, I’m ABC calling from the PUC Center near Singhania School, (Thane). Just to remind you that  your PUC for the vehicle is expiring on so-and-so date. You can come to renew the PUC "- Thats it! While I have a week, I just go to the mobile PUC center whenever I have the time. Its the same other person( other than the owner) I have been seeing for years who recognizes me by the face - I suppose so.

The renewal process is fast and takes 5 minutes unless there are others ahead in line. The PUC certificate is stapled, handed over to me with a courtesy and off I am till I get another call after 6 months.

Seems its time that the big brands and companies learn from the very small 1 manned personnel like the PUC Mobile Van ahead of Singhania School, Thane

Well the bad part is. I have not asked his name yet and its my fault.
