When studying, your memory can concentrate, understand and remember well for between 20 and 45 minutes at a time. Then it needs to relax, give yourself a break.

1.find a comfortable, quiet place

4.Read for less than an hour, take 10 to 15 minutes break, during the break take a walk or excercise
5.Use your memory as often as possible! The more you use it, the better it will get.
