I had lodged complaints on damages in Gati service in their docket no. 426986228, my complaint has been 2 times closed without any intimation to me. Although I brought this to their MD knowledge thru mail but from their also I didn’t get any reversion. Surprise to see such worst customer service and customer orientation by their higher officials.

Matter further send directly to corporate communication deptt of Gati kwe ltd, still these people are not serious on this. Further this needs to be taken up with CNBC channel Pahredar programme.
