I had high expectations from Tira, especially since its promoted as a premium beauty destination. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.
Customer Service:
The customer support is almost non-existent. I tried contacting them multiple times regarding my order, but either got no response or very late replies. It felt like they were not interested in solving customer issues at all.
Staff Courtesy:
Not professional at all. The staff I interacted with didn’t seem trained and lacked basic courtesy. For a beauty brand, good communication and helpfulness are a must — but that was completely missing.
Product Experience:
The product delivery was delayed, and the packaging was not impressive either. One of my items even arrived slightly damaged. With so many trusted options like Nykaa and Amazon, this was a total letdown.
