The one thing that seriously needs to be addressed about Rajesh Travels as well as Manish Travels is the Unnecessary Hassles for Passengers while they are made to the change from the city Bus(after collecting all the passengers from the city) to the Main Bus that goes to Tirupathi. These travel operators have usually 2 buses at the Change point ==and here every time I found that 2 passengers are allotted the same seats in the same Bus which causes a lot of inconvenience to them shifting from one Bus to another carrying their luggage. The Bus conductor’s behavior towards the Old aged people is also not acceptable in such cases bcoz there have been instances of heated arguments with them.
Suggestion: In such kind of situation when 2 Buses leave at the same time, passengers should also be given the Bus No. in the link while they are booking their tickets. This solution would surely address the above mentioned problem of 2 passengers being allotted the same seats.
The same case might also be with other operators as well, as I have not traveled through any other apart from Rajesh and Manish Travels.
