I went there through my ISC international science congress, which held every year, this time it’s destination was tirupathi. So the procedure for ISCA is quite simple, visit to the site, apply there for your isc * ( you have to be a student of scince only) and than they’ll ask you for your all documents, you have to speed post them to their given Bangalore address. And than they’ll send you the invitation, the fee of form was 1000 rs ( 2017) . So coming back to tirupathi, valley of temple and peace.
