Today for first time I visited your Titan eye plus show room. I bought a frame and a lens as my spec s broke. Also discussed with them whether my specs whose frame broke those lenses ( were in working condition) can be fitted to other frame. They showed a frame costing around 2750.i agreed and I paid the whole amount. Shortly after I paid the whole amount. Your executive came saying sorry as while fitting my lens they broke it. They never cared to replace or compensate it and just returned everything on my hand. I was surprised as I paid whole amount of new specs as well as new frame. They just returned my money for the frame and said sorry. Now who should compensate for my broken lens of my old specs. This is not expected of you. You could have said no if you couldnt do a job. I didnt force. My old lens was pretty costly. One of the reason why I agreed for new frame worth of 2750.
