Titan spectacle lenses are BAD IN QUALITY, I will rate them 1 OUT OF 10. Never ever should anyone go for spectacle or contact lenses from the brand of titan.
DISHONEST SALES PERSONS have been recruited by this company to sit in these stores who have NO EXPERIENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE and neither do they have any intention to learn how to behave with customers.
I have been to many stores of Titan and due to my work I have visited Titan stores of various states; surprisingly I do not have different experiences.
Everywhere THESE PEOPLE ARE ARROGANT. I would have personally wanted to meet the person who recruits front desk persons and other salesperson in these stores. They do not have the basic knowledge of customer interaction.
SUBSTANDARD QUALITY every Titan store I go but the COST IS HIGHER than any standard spectacle shop; and ARROGANT SALESPEOPLE NOT READY TO LISTEN TO EVEN SMALL BUT GENUINE PROBLEMS and BEHAVE LIKE THEY ARE DOING US A FAVOUR SELLING US A LENS.
