I wanted to take a Titan Spectacles. I am in Bangalore. I have been to kormangala shop, the frame I liked was not available, but that frame was available at electronic city store(as they informed). I have requested if they can do a inter store communication and I can make purchase from kormangala store only, but they refused they asked me to go far location only.
I did not liked it, since I am doing purchase of 10000 they can at least provide me a small facility. Also I did not put any time constraints also, so they could have provided me a better service. When finally I made purchase at electronic city, but in the pack I got some wrong product.
Although the product is good.
