I purchased a steel colour Slim Titan watch (9182SAA) from sector Chandigarh in 2006 for my father.
Soon after the steel numbers on the dial (1, 2, 3 etc.) which were pasted on the dial fell loose inside the watch. It was fixed but the same problem has kept occurring again and again. It was even sent to Bangalore (Titan factory) by Chandigarh dealer for repairs but to no avail. Out of frustration, my father simply stopped wearing it. Presently I’m in Hyderabad and only good thing is that one Titan dealer in Habsiguda again fixed it free of charge. They also behaved in a far better way than the Chandigarh dealer.
Even though many other models of Titan watches are supposed to be good but this particular model has inbuilt manufacturing defect which Titan is not willing to take responsibility for. My father sent feedback to Titan through their website and through email but they don’t even care to reply.
