Had a horrible experience with titan watches.
Got two watches for myself as looks were good.but on the very first day it fell of my wrist just bcoz of a tender handshake with one of my female clients.it was horrible, i was so ashamed i just can’t tell u guyz. I went to the shop and was told that it was mishandled by me & after taking charges of my broken frame. They fixed it n gave it back.i asked them to change the strap as it has some problem, but they were not ready to and told me that wont happen again. I went home and placed it in wardrobe as i had one more good lookin watch but even that was from titan only....just my luck!!!!!!...could hav bought siwatch or citizen or any other brand easily in that cost......stupid me!!!!! Now it was 2nd watch....after 3 months of its purchase went to d top floor of my office with my co-workers to enjoy the sunshine..n guess what......ya u are absolutely right...while i was tryin to pass the cigrette case to my friens & the watch fell off my wrist and i was zapped to see my hard earned money(titan watch) hitting the concrete ground floor....game over....lucky me .....now time again for 1st watch...it was a party & i thought wearing somethin different and had to use that junk just bcoz of the looks...i was having a juice when some dumb azz pushed me & the juice was all over my costly white shirt...as i was tryin to clean my shirt in a hurry with my hanky it again fell....one more embarrassing moment just bcoz of the pathetic quality...and thats not all i went to the service centre in ambience mall gurgaon & the guy says its my fault & won’t be able to fix this & i need to pay 800 rupees for the strap of this watch n dt too in 20 days (warranty doesn’t cover strap)..wow..........titan rocks!!!!!!....
It was my dad ’s choice..he liked the brand n went for it all the time & so did we... But thank u so much titan..well its bye bye to the world of titans from our side. Had a watch but never faced such problem & once my friend did and strap was replaced. Please don’t buy pathetic titan watches....go for a rs.200/- watch from karol bagh but don’t go 4 a titan watch.
