Yesterday 08/06/2011 around 7:40 PM, I was at Titan Store, opposite to Ozone mall, Aundh. I visited store, as my watch stopped working. I was having Citizen watch & I just entered titan store, as I knew the battery was dead & also my office is in same building. I gave my watch to service deptt, they said me to sit, & after 5-7 mins, they said, sir battery is okay, but your watch is faulty.
You may purchase from here, as there r plenty of watches & exchange also. I said no & gone straight to home, thinking to go CITIZEN Service centre in a couple of days. in my way I saw JUST IN TIME showroom (WATCH SHOWROOM). they had sales and service. I gave my watch to service man, he opened watch in front of me, checked battery from machine & said sir its faulty. do u want to replace battery. I said go ahead. & within 10 mins my watch was again running, Rs. 90 for battery change, which was fine.
My question is, why do you people cheat innocent people ???
If problem is with non titan products, clearly mention " Sir, non titan products please" but please do not cheat like this.The rating which I have given is for service support . If you don’t believe me, I can verify my details & you can check above mentioned time & date with Close Circuit Cameras.
