Extremely bad customer service and order updates

The products from Tjori are really good, however they don’t have a good, efficient and clear process in place to update on orders placed, respond to queries, or inform on orders at regular stages. Their staff are the most incompetent. I didnt receive even one email after I placed the order. Even when I follow up over email, no one is able to tell me the status of my order. And they cancel my order without telling me, and give credit voucher, rather than refund- even though I didn’t receive my order.


Also their system is archaic, because we get the delivery date AFTER we placed the order, so we’re at the mercy of incompetent Tjori staff to send your order whenever they wish to. The worst online retailer. They don’t have mature processes in place.
