TNT is the most horrible courier service you can ever witness in your life. The top of it is the lack of professionalism and above it.common sense. I had sent a courier from Pune to Goa and checked with the online tracking on https://tnt.com only to see that the status was "Receiver was not at home". Actually the receivers address is a shop with is open on all days of the week and opens at 7 am and closes at 9 pm.
Also these TNT fellows dint even bother to call up on either of the two contact numbers of the recipeint provided on the packet nor of the sender.
Upon calling the concerned TNT office in the recipient’s city(Phone number: 9822388843, TNT Panjim), the guy gave me a shocking response. " Here we deal only with sending of courier and I cannot help you will courier that we have received" and banged the phone without listening any further.
I think I did a big mistake in opting for TNT courier service. I wud have rather posted with normal post.
Guys this is a request to all of you not to avail this so called service from TNT and stay off from this.
