I had purchased a costly glue gun and a packet of AA batteries from Tolexo. This was my 1st purchase from this website.
As they were unable to provide the products, the orders were cancelled. The glue gun which they sent was not the one I had ordered so it was reverse picked up by Tolexo around 1 week back.
Much time has gone by and I have talked to them several times BUT they are not issuing me a refund!
Yesterday they told me to send a scanned copy of the return receipt which I sent them. Still they did not issue me the refund.
Tolexo is a SHAM website. I will never buy from it again. Anybody who does not want to loose money PLEASE DONT BUY from TOLEXO.
As a last resort I am planning to lodge FIR against them to take them to task.
