I do not know what to say. Your executive really do not know how to behave with customers. Please
find the below given details about her.
1) She might has got some problem in her eyes as she cannot see the attached scan copy of cheque.
2) She quite arrogant it the way she talk like she owns this company(Tolexo).
3) She probably do have manners how to talk with customer. She just cut the phone.
Being in Corporate from last 6 years, I have not see this kind of behavior from anyone.
Perhaps it is not her mistake. She has not been trained to this job. It is tolexos failure.
Please consider this mail as my feedback. I do not have any personal problem with her.
