First byte, bitter taste.

I placed my first order for SONY cotton face masks with Tolexo for the first time on 23rd Feb 2016. It was confirmed quite promptly and the expected delivery was around 28th Feb.Thereafter, I did not keep the track until today. Meanwhile I did not see any direct link of "TRACK YOUR ORDER" like other similar portals in the mail. So I registered my name, yet did not find any record for the order placed. Then I called+918282828282 and after spending couple of minute, I learnt that the items are out of stock! My money will be paid back to me within next 3-5 days.


I have already expressed displeasure over the phone. I place it on record here for the befit of other potential customers. There are two issues:

  1. An order that was confirmed, how could Tolexo cancel it stating that the item was out of stock? It suggests that Tolexo portal is not updated immediately even if the vendor had run out of stock for the masks.

2.Wasn’t it moral duty of Tolexo to keep me informed about the cancellation of my order through mail or phone number?Otherwise what were they given for?


Effectively, I lost one whole week for nothing;thanks to Tolexo.
