Now the rates of the ice cream is average compared to other ice cream parlor in the area. In top n town you will get different flavors ice cream and it also has soda and milk shakes. The taste of the ice cream is very good especially the chocolate fudge brownie scoop its just brilliant. I overall had a good time in top n town.
