I had paid advance to Mr.Naveen Rao of Topsecurity Services, against quotation for security cameras to be procured and installed at my residence. The payment was made online.
We had agreed between us that the instruments to be supplied have to conform to specification detailed in the quotation and also the make and model number should be complying with the quotation and the catalogues shared by Mr. Naveen Rao of Topsecurity Services via mail.
However when Mr. Naveen Rao came for delivery and installation we were surprised to see totally different make and specification and also the products were entirely different. I had to refuse the material and send Mr.Naveen Rao back without installation and Mr. Naveen Rao informed that he would be getting the promised make for installation by Saturday, 23rd November 2013 but he refused to return the advance payment.
However, since Mr. Naveen Rao tried to cheat us we have no interest to continue business with him since we need a good rapport with the supplier for a reliable maintenance. We wanted to back out on the order and we asked him to return our advance money. Mr. Naveen Rao categorically rejected to return the full advance paid although fault was on his side. He started behaving rudely and again promised that he would deliver without fail by Saturday, 23rd November 2013.
I tried to contact him by mail on Saturday, 23rd November 2013 since he had promised that installation would be done on this day with the promised make and model of the instruments, but he did not reply to my mails nor his phone was reachable. We have lost our money(Rs.18, 000) for now and we are now approaching consumer court for getting back our advance.
Please avoid such cheats and spread the word against them so that they run out of business.
