I had very bad experience using Toshiba 1Tb Canvio HDD. I must write to specific my extreme frustration and discontentedness with the client support service offered by Toshiba.
This drive worked fine for a few year, and currently can not mount. Toshiba claims that theres a three Year warrant on the merchandise, that is clearly expressed on the box, and within the pamphlet. Well, I spent three hours to date attempting to file a guaranty claim on the merchandise with no progress. Ive referred to as concerning five phone numbers and visited three websites, and that I simply keep obtaining redirected from one person to a different. no one will facilitate ME, and that they even refuse to step up my decision to a manager.
The warrant claim sign place ME on hold for concerning thirty five minutes before I gave up, with no indication in the least on however long id got to wait, or what number people ar prior to me!
From my purpose of read, the warrant that Toshiba claims to supply on their external harddrives is total B.S. It appears that theyre by choice creating it not possible to file a claim their product. thus pissed off and upset when this expertise, I will be able to take care to avoid Toshiba within the future.
