I really disapointed with the service of Toshiba. 7 months ago, My brother purchased it for Domestic work. But when I check its cost, I was getting shock to see price of toshiba External hard disk more than 15000 . then
my parents said to my brother for return but it’s not possible. After some days it’s data cable become loose and not working properly . we went to customer center . they change the cable but after Somedays we faced again same problem . But they had changed again.
When 3 months completed . that time hard disk gave error on laptop . when we went agin to customer center, then they said sorry sir you have to pay 3000 for repair. We said but what about my warrenty . they said sorry sir that part is not in warranty.
Now its total cost 15000+ 3000= 18000 . now it’s working properly because we care it as Gold: p
we can purchase a new laptop at Rs. 18000 with 2 TB internal hard disk .: /
