I bought this hdd for office purpose. Before that I had one WD hdd which I was using for a long time which suddenly started to give me headache as it sometimes didn’t get detected. I had to plug in and out a couple of time to let the computer detect that.
So I bought this’Toshiba Canvio Basic 1TB’ hdd and has been using it primarily since then. The speed is by far great than previous hdd while connected with USB 3.0 slot. The space is sufficient for me as I only have documents and photos. So 1 TB is more than enough.
If you have many HD videos or movies then buy above 1 TB otherwise this is more than fine.
I am satisfied with my purchase and totally recommend the hdd from this brand.
