I bought Toshiba Canvio Basic 2 Tb potable hard disk 8 months back and I regretted for buying it.My laptop is equipped with core i7 6th gen processor and it took 20 minutes to upload and 15 minutes to download 10gf file to and from that hard drive.Very slow.After using it for two months, it got automatically corrupted and for which I had to format it.My very important personal files were lost.I reached to its service centre to see whether there was a fault in my drive, they found one and said they will replace it.It became 1 week, then 1 month and 2, finally after 3 months they gave me a replacement after a lot of argument with staff and visiting their service centre.It accidently fell from my table of ht 2-3 ft and only this created a crack on my hd.After all this, I sold it though at cheap price.I would have rather bought wester digital.My buying this hd proved no value for my money.I will never buy toshiba products again.
