First saying about the product it is very handy and easy to use and portable also.the software is pre installed.and everything else is good it is easy to use and has 3-4 years warranty.I purchased this hardisk on emi and after 1 year it wasnt functioning so I took it to a nearby service centre they took it for checking and when I was called to take my hardisk I was given a completely new hardisk and in literal terms new seal packed hard disk.so the customer service is really really good.
