Let me try to make you aware of the extent of plight, I suffered being a Toshiba Laptop Customer.
I bought a Toshiba Laptop (Model Satellite M300, Serial No. X8094377W) around 3 years back. Right after 1 and half years it started developing various problems and I had to give it to your service centers 2-3 times for repairs.
Last I remember they even changed the speakers, screen, motherboard & DVD writer last year. Now my laptop is out of warranty and again motherboard malfunctioned and I was asked by service center to shell out 23k( including taxes).
When I inquired, how come the motherboard develops such problem so early? Is this the quality of Toshiba product? I was just told it is a electric item.
I have been using laptops for last 7 years and this is the first time, I am facing so many issues with the machine. I spent 53K on this laptop and now it is total waste.
I have decided to throw this laptop in spite of giving even a penny more to TOSHIBA. I will strongly suggest to stay away from Toshiba, they have serious faults in their components and have to no life at all.
