I was naive enough to buy a TV from letsbuy.com (That is in my other review). Anyway that arrived somehow but there are permanently lit areas on the LCD. I called Toshiba but no one took notice.
Finally, someone turned up after 15 days and took some photos of the defect. I was still not given any information. I dug up the complain number which is 110211-1560. It has been like 5 weeks and there is no response from Toshiba on the case.
Do not buy toshiba!
