Their after sale service is very very very very BAD.
Please don`t buy any warranty product’s in Total mall. I have bought one Arabian Sofa in Total mall. Initially They Delivered damage peace.Iam complaining last 3 months onwards but no one giving proper response.
Now, I want my money back but the manager is saying that it is not possible.
The furniture section’s manager’s name is Mr. Satish. I have been in touch with Mr. Satish and Mr. Naveen for over a month now. But both of them failed to address my issues.
