1) I bought a Preethi mixer, which is supposed to have 3 jars ans a plastic knife kind of thing.the staff girl opened the box, but the box had only 2 jars, she refused to replace it saying that as she opened the box, she cant change it. She was rude and arrogant.
2) The second thing happened, I bought a ever silver vessel with lid, which has 2 other vessels inside of it (it a set of 3 vessels with lid), I came home and opened the 3rd vessel doesn’t have a lid.
3)The 3rd one is very cheap of their behavior. I bought 2 bottles of Meera Shikakai powder, one of the bottle is already opened and half emptied....
4) the huge one, which made me to write this review... WE bought a HP Pavilion G6 2303 laptop for 28750...they sold a used laptop can u believe it, the battery life is only 45 mins ...they have used the laptop, restored it and sold it to me..
I launched a complaint in hp customer service, they were shocked..I went to the shop, the guy he dint even apologized, he called the staff who sold the laptop, he talked to me and said that he opened the box just before me...the same old line I replied that u might have but it is already used.....he can’t reply and he disconnected the line saying that he will contact me later.
