My I phone 6 screen was broken. They fixed it but when I went back home its wasn’t working properly.I took it back to him on Saturday( HSR Bangalore) to Mr Murli( store manager). He said you will get the phone back in 2-3 days maximum. on Friday evening he said the phone is on the way from service centre so you can come to pick in evening. I live 20km away from his store. So I again called him before leaving the house. He said you come tom at 12pm. I again called him on Saturday morning that I am coming. He again said its on its way, you do one thing you come by 3-3:30 phone will surly come. As I live far away I again confirmed him at 3pm. Should I leave my house, he again said ya you come directly by 5pm dont call. Phone will come. When I called at 5 pm he said I don knw the status of phone but you come. and when I got little irritated on him that why cant he tell me one time. He rudely said- "then you contact customer care". 3 times customer care listened two me partially and cut the phone. Then they said it should reach by 8:30. but they were also not sure. Finally we reached the service center, Mr. murli was not their and his technician was clueless but still he raised his voice on us and he abuse me, also said . and literally said " I will now not give you your phone, do whatever you want to do" and also said " dont do patelgiri with me"(getting religion in between . it was horrible site and I felt so insecure that he might physically abuse me. things went so bad that we had to go to the police station Thanks to the police guy who went with us and help us. Otherwise he would actually never give us our phone. and When murli return, His tone was also rude.! this kind of customer experience is just not acceptable and I appeal Totoodo team to take this matter seriously.
